SUMMARY: Provides support in the areas of recruitment, marketing, employee relations and operations for Medical Staff Services specific to Erickson Health Medical Group and Employee Health and Wellness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruitment
1. Serves as the primary recruiter for Corporate/Community positions (EHMG/EHWC).
2. Writes and posts positions internally and externally.
3. Independently attends recruitment related meetings/activities.
4. Identifies and recommends sourcing opportunities for prospective candidates.
5. Ensures positions are posted on job boards and easily accessed by applicants.
6. Fields questions regarding employment.
7. Dispositions candidates in the applicant tracking system to ensure current activity is reflected.
8. Assists with onsite interview facilitation with appropriate teams
9. Partnership with Community HR to ensure that reference checks and background screenings facilitated.
10. Partnership with Corporate / Community HR to effectively hire/onboard each new hire, communicating with the new hire throughout the process to ensure quality onboarding.
11. Ensures new hire paperwork is accurate and timely, scanned into shared drive, etc.
12. Assists with employee hires (Workday) for appropriate system interface.
13. Maintain Medical Staff Services Recruitment Hotline
14. Maintain Provider New Hire Checklist(s)
15. Partnership with Medical Staff Services on internal EHMG Orientation Tool for recruitment specific activity
16. Partnership with Medical Staff Services Team on recruitment, marketing and credentialing initiatives that are drive by recruitment
Administration
1. Inputs information into Workday, TA tracking, etc.
2. Maintains employee electronic files
3. Works closely with corporate/community departments – benefits, HRMS, and payroll
4. Completes weekly recruitment activity report
5. Assists in the completion of new employee announcements (EHMG Providers and Practice Administrators) via eLink, marketing collateral, etc.
Employee Relations
1. Assists Director, Medical Staff Services with research / findings
Facilitates training with eCW / EHMG training teams

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience is required.
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
