US Student Fulbright Program Information Meeting
Earn a master's degree, do research or teach English!
The U.S. Student Fulbright Program provides grants for individually designed study or research projects or for English Teaching Assistant programs.
During their grants, Fulbright awardees meet, work, and live with the people of the host country. The program facilitates cultural exchange through direct interaction on an individual basis in the classroom, field, home, and in routine tasks, allowing grantee to gain an appreciation of others’ viewpoints and beliefs, the way they do things, and the way they think.
UMBC encourages its academically strongest students to attend one of ten special information sessions throughout April to learn more about this internationally prestigious study and research opportunity. The application cycle for the 2015-16 academic year opens on May 1, 2014, and closes on October 14, 2014.
