The non-negotiable UMBC US Fulbright Student Program deadline is Monday, September 15 at 4:30 pm.
All application materials must be submitted through the on-line Fulbright application system at this time. Application materials include:
- Fulbright application
- Statement of Grant Purpose
- Personal Statement
- Unofficial Transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Language evaluation (if applicable)
- Letter of affiliation (study/research only)
- Portfolio (visual/performing arts only)
It is the applicant's responsibility to make certain his/her application is complete (including letters of reference) by this time. Incomplete applications will not be submitted to the UMBC Fulbright Committee
