2021 Virtual Diverse Economics Conference for undergraduate students - November 16-18 - Register Now!
The Richmond Fed is proud to host the 2021 virtual Diverse Economics Conference 11/16-18, in partnership with the undergraduate Women in Economics and the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. The first two days will take place in the evenings (5-730 p.m. EST to better accommodate a student’s schedule).
They will
- Hear from seasoned professionals about their career path and experience Economics in Practice as economist share some of the cool projects they have worked on and its impact.
- Hear from early career professionals and see where they are today, utilizing their economics degree.
- Hear from Research Assistants about their roles working with economist and how it has impacted their next steps within their career journey.
- Voice an interest in summer employment at the Richmond Fed during registration. Apply and interview for potential summer internships within Research on the last day.
Help us expand our reach by sharing with other economics majors. This conference has been a great way for us to interview candidates for internships and for the Research Associate program.
