CNMS & AAOU SSCs – Updates, Reactions, Metrics – Phase I

Phase II moving forward – Who is next?

Join us at our next Town Hall to discuss progress and impact of our first two SSCs.  Updates, reactions and metrics for each center.

 

     We will provide an update on the first six months of operations for each of the new SSCs (AAOU and CNMS)

v      We will share data from the new RT ticketing system being used by the departments and SSCs to submit and track requests.

v     We will share staff reactions to the services being delivered.

v     We will share results and updates of the new TAP (Toolkit for Administrative Professionals) website – your single source for information on administrative tasks at UMBC

v     We will update on you on Phase II planning – who is next?

v     We will engage in open public dialogue, giving the UMBC Community an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
