SWE Region E Conference

I hope you're enjoying break! and trust everyone had a wonderful holiday and great start to the New Year. I would like to remind everyone that tomorrow is the last day to register for the 2015 Region E Conference. This year it is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This conference holds many opportunities alike from the national SWE conference such as career fairs and many opportunities to network and meet young-minded women. I strongly encourage you to sign up as this could be a great way to look for that summer internship or a post-graduate career. The early bird collegiate registration is only $75! this price is cheaper than the national conference and is alot closer because who knows when the next national conference will be in our backyard. The website link below shows the breakdown of the costs. Early Bird Registration - must register by midnight EST on Jan 15, 2015. Currently, UMBC SWE is working to help fund members for this conference. Members must pay for the conference upfront and but will receive a partial reimbursement once details from UMBC have been sorted.
