Treasurer
- managing fundraising
- developing and managing events
- exploring and sharing the history of the organization
- managing the organization's funds and ensuring compliance with all financial rules and guidelines
Secretary
- managing member recruitment/retention
- managing communication within the group
- developing and managing events
- exploring and sharing the history of the organization
- recording and archiving information from meetings and activities
Public Relations Coordinator
- Manages Social Media accounts
- Manages the organization’s google drive folder
- Creates official forms and documents on behalf of the organization
- In charge of promotion in GroupMe
- Manages the Tau Sigma GroupMe
- Responsible for creating Flyers and promotional material for events
