Join us for a variety of workshops exploring different ways to center and practice mindfulness, intentionality, and spirituality. These events are open to students, staff, and faculty, and many are led by staff and faculty partners looking to connect with UMBC and share their talents outside of their professional work.

Join Keerthana for a relaxing workshop where you'll paint a seasonal-inspired floral piece to take home. No experience required, all the tools, paints, and guidance will be provided. Unleash your creativity, and enjoy the calmness and mental peace as we paint together.
