Join us to learn evidence-based skills to reduce distress and build resiliency. You've Got This Workshop is based on mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Linehan, 2015) and scheduled for four topics. Each meeting will include a brief mindfulness exercise.
Topic 1: Mindfulness and stress management (6/9, Tues. at 11am) Topic 2: Thought as Thought (6/12, Fri. at 1pm) Topic 3: Emotion as Emotion (6/16, Tues. at 11am) Topic 4: Interpersonal Effectiveness (6/23, Tues. at 11am)
The meeting on 6/9 will focus on mindfulness, sleep hygiene, stress management, and time management.
