Connecting While Apart: Undergraduate Support Group is geared towards undergraduate students experiencing social isolation and other challenges brought on by being a college student in our current times (e.g., adjusting to remote learning; managing loss or adjusting to change; finding school-life balance, etc.).
The group provides a safe, confidential space for students to find a sense of connection and shared understanding as well as an opportunity to learn from others’ experiences. It also provides helpful tools for managing the different problems group members face such as strategies to improve stress management and reduce feelings of being overwhelmed.
