You've Got This Group is a 4-week resilience-building program,
based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It is intended to help students
develop the tools that they need to cope with some of the challenges
they experience in their day to day life. The program utilizes
evidence-based skills and strategies designed to reduce symptoms of
distress and increase psychological resilience. Topics include
mindfulness, coping with difficult thoughts, enhancing emotional
intelligence, and increasing interpersonal effectiveness.
Schedules: Mondays 1:00PM – 2:30PM, starting on November 2nd or later depending on the recruitment
