This free drop-in series of guided meditations is based on the Let's Meditate program, which was first offered at Cornell University in 2014 and adapted by Dr. Ginger Armas at UMBC in 2020.
You are welcome (with or without meditation experience) to attend an unlimited number of these 30-minute sessions, which are offered daily Monday-Fridays at 12pm.
