What are your favorite objectives and mechanics?

What is your favorite objective to play in a game? How about favorite mechanic, whether a super zombie, super human, or just any interesting mechanic that really drew you in? What about your least favorite mechanic or objective? This will help anyone trying to make missions for the club learn new ideas and which objectives to focus on.
