Katie Smallwood ’09, American studies, is one of the organizers of a new project entitled “Baltimore: Place to Place.” Smallwood and her co-organizer, Katie Shinsato, randomly distributed Baltimore sites among about 25 participants, who shot, framed, and reflected upon their assignments.
