Flu season is among us! Did you know that people carrying the virus can be contagious 1 day before their symptoms appear and about 5 to 7 days after they first get symptoms. So it's possible to pass the flu on before you even know you're sick.
So join the Red Cross Club as we go to the Y Preschool, located on campus to teach kids the importance of hand-washing and proper hygiene techniques to limit the spread of germs in a super fun and interactive way!
