What is the EAGER, Inc. Mentoring program about?
EAGER, Inc. is a free non-profit mentoring program. Our goal is to inspire and mold young college ladies to become well-rounded dynamic women in their community through one-on-one mentoring, volunteering projects, a variety of workshops that will aid them in their development into womanhood and inspire to become leaders in the community. This is a duel program! Not only will you be mentored by career women, you will be required to volunteer and mentor at-risk youth of Baltimore City. Members will be able to gain community service hours and develop skills from successful women of the community.
The EAGER program consists of Senior Career women, who are in the career field of Law, Dentistry, Education, Medicine, Cooperate American, and more, who serve as direct mentors over both college students and high school students. The student members of the organization will be connected, educated, and mentored to advance and guide members professionally and personally. Members of the mentoring program are granted the opportunity to connect with women of the community from various disciplines, backgrounds, career fields and generations via one-on-one and group mentoring and powerful workshops. These workshops consist of “Resume Building, Make-up Tutorials, Beauty Tips, Hygiene workshops, Relationships works, Self-Esteem Building Workshops, Finding Your Purpose and MORE!”
