OVERVIEW
Urban Arts Leadership is a fellowship initiative designed to increase diversity in the management of cultural and artistic organizations by building a pipeline for high achieving emerging leaders of color. To support a full creative life for all, UAL commits to championing policies and practices of cultural equity that empower a just, inclusive, equitable nation.

• 10 month rigorous commitment
• $10,000 stipend
• Intensive capacity building training
• Project collaboration with host organization partners
• Networking within the arts sector
• Since its conception in 2013, Urban Arts Leadership has provided training to over 45 fellows
• UAL Alumni are employed within arts sector leadership positions locally, regionally and beyond
