The Center for Well-Being
Do you need to refresh your well-being regimen? Do you need to recommit to self- and community-care? This monthly series hosted by i3b and Retriever Integrated Health/Health Promotion is designed to provide students with an opportunity to refresh and renew through culturally responsive self-care and well-being activities and topics. Refresh Fridays will be held the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.
Location: The Gathering Space for Spiritual Well-Being in The Center for Well-Being on Center Road between Chesapeake and Susquehanna Halls.
The Center for Well-Being is the new home for Retriever Integrated Health (Health Services, Counseling Center, and Health Promotion), Student Conduct and Community Standards, and i3b's Gathering Space for Spiritual Well-Being. It offers students the opportunity to gain access to quality health care; participate in practices that heal and lift up community; investigate and understand personal identity; get resources for daily living; connect with other students; and more!
