Field trip to Artists' Books Exhibit @ Smithsonian

Greetings PCA Working Group!

I am taking a group of ten students to the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History on Friday, November 6th for a curator-lead tour of the new exhibit, American Stories: Artists' Books from the Smithsonian Libraries and Archives. We also have the opportunity to visit the Dibner Library collections and view a few items that were not chosen for exhibition. 

I have space for 3 ro 4 additional participants from our working group. We'll be traveling via MARC train from BWI (departing around 10:00 a.m.) to Union Station and then taking the Metro in DC to the museum. 

Please let me know by October 30 if you are interested in joining us. I have told students to block out 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or so in their schedule that day to make space for travel, the tour, and lunch.
