UMBC Percussion Ensemble

The Department of Music presents the UMBC Percussion Ensemble under the direction of Dustin Donahue. The ensemble will perform Edgard Varèse’s Ionisation, Susie Ibarra’s These Trees That Speak, and other works:

• Oliver Panday — Webspinner (world premiere, UMBC student composer)
• Susie Ibarra — These Trees That Speak
• Dafnis Prieto — The Guiros Talk
• Elliott Cole — Postludes 6-8
• Ryuichi Sakamoto — Thousand Knives
• Hossam Ramzy — West Naima

Admission is free, and tickets are not required.
