UMBC Music Halloween Spooktacular

The Department of Music presents a Halloween Spooktacular — a varied program with humor, fun, and more than a few surprises. Come in costume and enjoy an afternoon musical spectacle! A family-oriented event for all ages, the program will feature a diverse array of UMBC music ensembles along with special guest appearances, which will feature a performance by Baltimore Symphony OrchKids, a Halloween-themed musical story narrated by President Valerie Sheares-Ashby, and a haunting poem with musical accompaniment read by Dean Christia Spears-Brown. The event will end with plenty of time for additional holiday plans with optional Halloween-themed activities to follow in the lobby, including games, pumpkin decorating, and more!

Admission is free, but ticket reservations will be required.

Note: While tickets are now sold out, we will likely have seats become available with no-shows, although we cannot guarantee it. We will offer first-come, first-served rush seating at the door.
