April is National Poetry Month - celebrate on the 20th with some of the freshest in contemporary poetry from disabled poets around the world from Africa, Europe and North America. The online event will be accessed via Zoom and the University of Toledo Disability Studies department Experience live poetry from:
- Kobus Moolman – South African poet and playwright
- Tzynya Pinchback – author of How to Make Pink Confetti and Praise Song for the Shut-in
- Karl Knights – Zoeglossia fellow whose work has appeared in The Guardian, The Dark Horse, Under the Radar, and The North
- Lateef McLeod – author of A Declaration of a Body of Love and Whispers of Krip Love, Shouts of Krip Revolution
