Anatomy of a Successful International Environmental Agreement
Dr. Stolarski is a Research Professor at the Johns Hopkins University Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences. Previously he was a research scientist at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for more than 30 years. He has worked on all aspects of the stratospheric ozone issue. He will be talking about basic ozone chemistry and the effects of chlorine compounds on the ozone layer.
