Dear Colleagues,
We are writing to share with you the Fiscal Year 2026 salary guidelines, aligned with those received from the University System of Maryland for Regular faculty and staff, graduate assistants, Contingent I and II, and adjunct positions.
- Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) – All Regular faculty and staff, Contingent I and Contingent II staff, adjunct faculty, and graduate assistants are eligible for a 1 percent COLA increase, effective July 1, 2025. Eligible employees must have been on the university payroll on or before June 30, 2025, to be eligible for the COLA.
- Collective Bargaining Units – Increases noted in the respective Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) will be honored.
