I am writing to remind you about the legislation passed earlier this year by the Maryland General Assembly granting collective bargaining rights to certain non-tenure track faculty at institutions within the University System of Maryland, as well as Morgan State University and St. Mary’s College of Maryland, starting tomorrow, July 1, 2026.
