Dear UMBC Community,

Parking Services will be closed May 5 – 9 as staff undergo training to prepare for upcoming changes to the AIMS Parking Management System.

While the office is closed, compliance agents will continue to enforce as usual. Students, staff, and faculty will be expected to park in their normal parking zones and all parking rules and regulations will continue to be enforced. During this week, we ask that you call UMBC Police with any enforcement questions or concerns. They may be reached at 410-455-5555.

The online parking portal will be offline through 8 a.m., May 12. If you need to make changes to your information during this period, please email parking@umbc.edu.

For those in need of parking codes, special parking exceptions, or who will be hosting events during this time, we ask that you contact Parking Services prior to the week-long closure. If you must reach us during the closure, please email administrative questions to parking@umbc.edu. Please note, our response time may be delayed due to the closure.
