GES Professional Panel
Hear from current professionals working in the GES field!

You are invited to attend Geography & Environmental Systems (GES) Council of Major’s Professional Panel Night on Tuesday, March 10, in the University Center 312 at 7pm!
This will be a great opportunity to hear from current GES professionals about their day-to-day work, their careers, how they got to where they are today, and ask them your questions.
A dessert reception will follow the panel.
Panelists represent a variety of GES fields including:
- Marco Sanchez, Communications Coordinator, Piedmont Environmental Council
- Stephanie Bertaina, Senior Policy Analyst, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
- Tommy Landers, Policy Director, Chesapeake Climate Action Network
- Erica Antill, Environmental Scientist, URS Corporation (also a UMBC GES Department alum)
