If you have not already attended a Study Abroad 101 session, please do so immediately at the start of the semester. These sessions are offered twice a week, every week, in 218 Administration Building on Mondays from 12:00 to 1:00 and on Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:00. Study Abroad sessions begin with the start of the semester. This is the required first step. 

All Asian Studies majors/minors/certificate students interested in learning more about study abroad as it specifically relates to Asia are welcome to attend Dr. Vaporis’ ASIA 100 class on Thursday, October 1. Former students who have studied abroad will give short presentations on their experiences. Dr. Souders, director of the UMBC Study Abroad Office, will also give a short presentation and answer any of your questions.
