The ANCS Council would like to invite you to join us for our second interactive seminar, "First Impressions: A Cylinder Seal Workshop." The workshop will be help on Friday, April 29th at Noon (during the Free Hour) in PAHB 234. Dr. Melissa Bailey (Fall of Rome, Archaeology of Pompeii) will provide students with a history of cylinder seals and a brief tutorial on their creation. Then students will put their skills to the test! Clay and additional materials will be provided to students with an RSVP to me by Monday, April 25th.
