IIE program officers will provide information on the upcoming competition cycle that starts in February 2021, and on the Catalog of Awards. The presenters will share tips for preparing strong Fulbright applications, initiating outreach to international host institutions, and doing short- and long-term planning.

Brian Souders, Associate Director for Global Engagement Opportunities in the Center for Global Engagement, and UMBC’s Fulbright Scholar Liaison, will discuss support for faculty applicants.
Lynn Cazabon, CIRCA Director and Professor of Visual Arts, will share her experience as a Fulbright Scholar at Liepaja University, Latvia in 2015.
