The PHRC Grant Writing Hour x 6
PHRC asks-What could six protected hours do for your grant?
[Repost from PHRC]
Dear colleagues,
You don’t need another workshop. You need dedicated time to think and write.
The PHRC invites you to the PHRC Grant Writing Hour, a six-week virtual writing series starting Wednesday, October 14, from 12:00–1:00 p.m.
[Sessions continue on 10/14; 10/21; 10/28; 11/4; 11/11; 11/18]
Each session includes:
· 10 minutes: one practical grant-design concept introduced
· 40 minutes: uninterrupted writing time on your own grant idea
· 10 minutes: share progress/identify your next action item
Come with a research question, a problem you want to investigate, or an early proposal idea. You do not need a funder identified or a proposal already underway. All faculty across disciplines, schools, or colleges working on health, health equity, public health, policy, or community well-being are welcome.
You put everyone else on your calendar. Put your research there, too!
