Rose Taylor is an UMBC alumna who graduated in 2024 with her master's in Environmental Engineering. After graduation, Rose started a permanent full-time position in the Maryland Department of the Environment's Water Supply Program as a Regulatory and Compliance Engineer in the Engineering and Technical Assistance Division.
