Fulbright U.S. Student Program Info Session for the Arts

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides year-long funded grants for individually designed study/research projects in more than 140 countries throughout the world, or for English Teaching Assistant Programs in 75 countries. The program is open to any U.S. citizen who is graduating or has recently graduated bachelor and masters students in all academic disciplines. Brian Souders, Associate Director for Global Engagement at UMBC will give an overview of the program and will discuss examples specific to the arts. Professor Eric Dyer will also be there to tell us about his experience as a Student Fulbright Scholar in Denmark post MFA and how the experience impacted his work and career.
This session is open to advanced undergraduates and MFA graduate students in the Arts.
