Discovery in Progress: Student Research Panel

Do you want to get involved in research on campus? We know you're interested in learning about this! Whether you're looking towards graduate school, a career in research science, or even a pre-health profession, lots of our students are wondering: how do I get a position as a research assistant while at UMBC?

We have some wonderful upper-year students in STEM majors joining us for this panel, where you can learn how they reached out, the kind of training and experience they got from their research roles, and how mentorship from professors and graduate students has helped them grow into true scientists.
