Note-Taking Bootcamp

Note-taking in a college lecture is important, and it should be really different from your high-school note-taking methods! Come learn some helpful strategies for getting the most out of your pre-lecture work AND lectures themselves.

Bonus: what are you supposed to do with your notes? How are they working for YOU? We'll help you figure out how to turn them into a useful study tool, because passively reading them over and over is not a very helpful strategy!

Tomorrow, Wednesday September 23, from 12-1 PM in UC115. We'll make sure you get a handout on different strategies! Snacks will be provided as well as red pens and highlighters! And as always, if you join us, you'll get a ticket for our end-of-semester raffle.
