General eligibility info (both programs are for undergraduate students only):
T-SITE is open to new transfer students majoring in Business Technical Administration, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Mechanical Engineering. Students must be new transfers from Maryland community colleges this semester (Spring 2024) or plan to transfer from a Maryland community college in Fall 2024. T-SITE Scholars must maintain a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Cyber Scholars is open to any undergraduate student majoring in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems who have an interest in cybersecurity, AI, and/or data science (and are or are willing to complete a track or certificate in their major related to one of these topics). Cyber Scholars must maintain a 3.25 or higher cumulative GPA. There are no citizenship/residency requirements.
