All COEIT students are invited to join us for CWIT’s Stress Buster Event on study day. Stop by ITE 456 for any amount of time and enjoy:
- Pizza, wings, and snacks
- Basic yoga and meditation for all levels (12-12:40pm in the CWIT office, ITE 452; see below for more details)
- Coloring
- Games
- A photo booth area
- And more!
Details for yoga/meditation:
- Whether you've never tried any yoga or meditation or you're a regular to the practice, this session is for you. Experience deep relaxation and calming of your mind as local yoga teacher Michele Bickley leads this stress relieving practice. She will also let you in on some basic tools and tricks to help yourself relax and reduce anxiety beyond just at a yoga class. Mats will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing; no other materials needed.
