Welcome signage for Dr. Sheares Ashby

Jim Lord created an animation to be used to welcome our new president, Valerie Sheares Ashby, when she starts at UMBC on August 1. He uploaded it into the files section of the group.

I'd love to get this on as many screens as possible, especially the RAC marquee, the Admin 1st floor screen, and in The Commons, early on the morning of August 1 so it's up when she gets to work.

We'd like to keep it up through Homecoming.
