The AWS Regional outage that took down services like WebEx and Zoom earlier today has been resolved and all services should be restored.
If you would like additional information about what happened, I've posted a link from AWS that detailed the outage and its resolution from their side. Once it was restored from their standpoint, the vendors like Cisco and others had to bring services back online, which is why there was a delay from their fix until full service restoration.
