I wanted to thank the campus community for their patience and assistance as we worked through the recent wireless issues. As of late last week we were able to identify the root problem in the software, and implement a solution that has been in place and stable since the end of last week.
I wanted to thank everyone who worked with us, providing updates and detailed information, that data really helped us narrow down the issue. I also wanted to take a moment and thank our networking engineers. They have been working on this issue every day and every evening for several weeks to get it resolved.
