Starting at approximately 3:30 PM today and ongoing, we're seeing intermittent issues with the DocuSign Enterprise forms (anything starting with docusign.umbc.edu). The forms are frequently and inconsistently failing when you attempt to submit to DocuSign.
This issue is under investigation and we don't have an ETA to resolution. In the interim, we've taken enterprise DocuSign forms offline, and will share an update when the issue is resolved. We know that DocuSign is used widely, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Thanks for your patience as we get this resolved.
