We want to let you know that our wiki (Atlassian Confluence Cloud) has been unexpectedly offline since Friday night due to a billing-related issue with our hosting vendor. Although we did pay our bill, there appears to have been a processing problem on their end, which has unfortunately been difficult to resolve over the weekend.
We understand how disruptive this downtime may be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please rest assured that we are actively working with the vendor to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
