Please be advised that Webex Phone Service clients may have experienced a brief, temporary disruption while servers underwent security updates this afternoon, 11/2/2206.

What occurred:

  • Desktop and mobile apps briefly disconnect and automatically reconnect.

  • Active, ongoing phone calls were not dropped or affected.
