This week, on Thursday evening between 5:00pm-10:00p, there will be maintenance work for UMBC's DocuSign solution.
As part of the maintenance, new accounts will be provisioned to allow for migration from the DocuSign 'Classic' version to their newest version know as the 'New Experience'.
DocuSign has assured us that all documents will be moved and all access will remain the same. During this process, current accounts will be closed and the new accounts will be automatically provisioned.
This is being done to remedy an issue created in the Classic version of DocuSign that does not work in the New Experience version.
While we anticipate a smooth transition we will ask that you submit an RT ticket in the event that you have any questions or issues.
