As we begin a new semester we want to share some updates to our reservable space list. With the space deficit on campus, we are always looking for creative ways to use space to facilitate your events. We have made available the following spaces, reservable in 25live, with the parameters and guidelines outlined below.

This space is outside the lecture halls facing Sherman Hall. Do not obstruct egress from lecture hall doors or exterior doors, and maintain a 6-foot buffer in front of all doorways. No furniture can be set against the exterior wall. Tables are authorized on the interior wall between the lecture hall doors. Events with food require housekeeping support. Furniture in the space requires a request to FM Student WorkForce, which should be requested 1-2 weeks in advance. Tabling for the purpose of promotion or solicitation is not authorized in this location.
Maintain a 4-foot buffer along the handrail adjacent to the stairs to maintain egress path, and 6 feet in front of the stairs and exit door. Existing furniture may not be moved, and banquet setups are not authorized. Furniture in the space requires a request to FM Student Work Force at least 14 business days prior to your event. Events occurring after 3 p.m. or on weekends require housekeeping support. Tabling for the purpose of promotion or solicitation is not authorized in this location.
Egress paths must be maintained in front of all exterior doors. No furniture should be placed within a 6-foot corridor from the exterior door to the sidewalk beyond the stairs.
No heating elements, flames, or vehicles are authorized under the awning/overhang.
Furniture in the space requires a request to FM Student Work Force at least 14 business days prior to your event. Events occurring after 3 p.m. or on weekends require housekeeping support. Amplified sound restrictions are in effect Mon. – Thurs., 8 a.m. –10 p.m., and Fridays until 6 p.m. . Tabling for the purpose of promotion or solicitation is not authorized in this location.
Furniture in the space requires a request to FM Student Work Force at least 14 business days prior to your event. Events may require housekeeping support at the discretion of Event & Conference Services. This space has sprinklers, so staking is not permitted. Amplified sound restrictions are in effect until 10 p.m., Mon. –Thurs. . Tabling for the purpose of promotion or solicitation is not authorized in this location.
This space can only be reserved in conjunction with the lecture hall. Up to 2 6-foot rectangular tables are permitted, along the exterior wall. Events with food require housekeeping support.
