Founded in 2023, the goal of the Egyptian Student Association at UMBC is to foster a sense of belonging and community among Egyptian students and those interested in Egyptian culture. Through this association, we aim to provide a supportive space where students can come together to celebrate our shared heritage, language, traditions, and history. 

By organizing cultural events, educational initiatives, and collaborative activities, the association will serve as a platform for promoting cultural exchange and encouraging dialogue between different communities. Additionally, we envision the association as a vital support network for Egyptian students, helping them integrate into the university environment through mentorship and social events. Furthermore, by organizing events that promote intercultural understanding and appreciation, we can build bridges between Egyptian students and the broader campus community, fostering a spirit of unity and understanding among diverse groups. 

In essence, we believe that the Egyptian Student Association will enrich the educational experience for all students and contribute to a more inclusive and harmonious campus environment.
