Teaching Entrepreneurship Workshop
Friday, March 11, 2022 · 12 - 1 PM
Online
The workshop is designed to broaden faculty exposure to concepts of entrepreneurship and identify ways for faculty to infuse existing courses with entrepreneurial concepts so students can benefit. Regardless of a student's career choice, developing an entrepreneurial mindset and skill set will make them more valuable contributors on the job and in their communities.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation Curriculum Grants provide up to $3,000 for revised courses and up to $5,000 for new courses for faculty who introduce entrepreneurial thinking and skills in the curriculum. The goal of the Teaching Workshop is to encourage and facilitate faculty interested in applying for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Curriculum Grants and include their courses as approved electives in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minor.
The Teaching Workshop will feature faculty teaching entrepreneurship infused courses who will share teaching experiences, ideas and pedagogical suggestions. The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Curriculum Grant process will also be reviewed. For more information about the grants click here:
