The National Institute of Health (NIH) is offering training opportunities in biological risk (biosafety and biosecurity) management! NIH's National Biosafety and Biocontainment Training Program (NBBTP) / Intramural Research Training Award (IRTA) is a two-year program that specializes in training to support high and maximum containment (biosafety level 3 and 4 respectively) research environments by acquiring knowledge and skills necessary to meet the scientific, regulatory, biocontainment, biosafety, engineering, communications, management, and public relations challenges associated with the conduct of research in these facilities.
The application period for Fellowship applications is open from now until March 10, 2023. The fellowship begins in Bethesda on August 1, 2023. The instructions for applying are on our website, and this opportunity is open to those with masters degrees and Ph.Ds.
