Hearts for the Homeless Baltimore Chapter located at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  This group focuses on providing heart health education and blood pressure screenings to vulnerable populations that are at a high risk for heart disease. During these events, members will provide education on multiple health risk factors, blood pressure measurements, and the donation of health care and prevention resources.
