The Department of Human Resources (HR) is extending the deadline for the submission of performance evaluations (PMPs) to Friday, June 5, 2020.
In addition, we are pleased to announce that we will be utilizing a new online submission process (via DocuSign), which will aid supervisors and managers in obtaining the necessary electronic signatures for PMPs prior to submitting them to the Department of Human Resources.
As this is a new process the Department of Human Resources is scheduling a one-hour virtual question and answer (Q&A) session to help with navigating the submission of PMPs through DocuSign.
Please note: This is not a training session on how to complete PMPs but rather a Q&A session for supervisors on how to submit PMPs through DocuSign. The link to the DocuSign process can be found in the attached flyer.
